Laid back American tavern

Hands down one of our favorite places!

While the wait is a bit longer than others- it's totally worth it.

The Fish - 5 stars

•delicious fish with a perfect light breading

•litter thicker so you get a nice bite of fish

•tarter was perfect, slightly sweet and super smooth

•small plate was 3 filets - 6 pieces of fish $12.25 small plate

Sides - 5 stars

•SALAD BAR! huge bonus and something you barely ever see

•your choice of potato: baked, broasted, fries, sweet potato baked or fried, potato salad, mashed, wild rice or veggie of the day

•we chose fries, they were medium thickness but still the perfect amount of crispy

•quite a bit of fries so you definitely weren't leaving hungry

•coleslaw was real creamy

Atmosphere - 4 stars

•walk in to a busy bar with a few tables to wait at & enjoy a couple drinks as you chit chat with the locals or each other

•while you enjoy an old fashion or two the waitress will come around and grab your name and order

•a table in the middle of the bar offers a few light bites like chex mix, popcorn and cheese and crackers for you to dabble in to hold you over

•also offer a heated patio to hang out in

•you don't get seated until your food is ready to be served

•one of the longer waits, usual there for at least an hour before we get seated- totally worth the wait!
